The collective strength of various ministries underscores a strategic commitment to propel the AVGC industry forward, complemented by enticing incentives for animation, VFX, and post-production work executed on Indian soil. This synergy signals a robust framework, reinforcing India’s position as a global AVGC hub.
PRIYANK KHARGE – Tech Policy Champion
Priyank Kharge, Hon’ble Minister for Electronics, IT & BT, and Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka, is a tech policy champion and innovative leader. With a background in animation, he uniquely integrates technology and policymaking. As an influential legislator, he transformed Chittapur into a model constituency, emphasizing rural infrastructure. APURVA CHANDRA – AVGC Policy Architect

Subodh Sachan, Director at STPI Headquarters and CEO of STPINEXT INITIATIVES, is a trailblazing professional spearheading nationwide startup initiatives.
