In The Black Diamond Race, set in 1929 India, wealthy Maharaja Jay Singh, secretly addicted to gambling, is lured into a high-stakes wager by the cunning Mister K. The prize: the Maharaja’s prized possession, the legendary Black Diamond. Mister K, posing as a South African businessman, adds three more world-famous diamonds to the pot, raising the stakes beyond measure. The challenge: a thrilling, cross-country car race through India, with each team fielding four cars and crews, including their own offspring. Maharaja’s daughter, Rani, becomes the key driver for Team India, assembling a formidable crew alongside her brother Vikram. As they race against Mister K’s team of saboteurs, they face sabotage, danger, and mystical forces. Behind the scenes, Mister K is guided by a shamaness’ prophecy, aiming to harness the diamonds’ supernatural power. With Rani at the wheel, the race becomes a heart-stopping journey through India’s mystical landscapes.
