In the haunted Alexander Tyler Poe Library, a bizarre science experiment has gone terribly wrong. The Spirit of Halloween-an eerie green mischievous green mist came into being. It brought life to a bag of candies making them Creepy Candy and the head librarian Miss Paige Turner into a shape shifting candy hating monster !!
