Services Exports Promotion Council, set up by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India is working to create an Intellectual Property (IP) Guide for the Media & Entertainment sector with a catalogue of original IPs already created in the M&E verticals (animation, films, gaming) and IPs that are the works (in print and digital formats). This Guide will help small and medium entertainment companies to navigate critical aspects of IP creation. This will be released at MIPCOM 2019 on October 14. The objective is to present IPs from India to the buyers, distributors, co-production partners and expand global footprint.
