India Pavilion at MIPCOM got off to a bright start with business meetings all over the day. More than 26 Indian media and entertainment companies have parked themselves at the India Pavilion. — organised and managed by Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC).

“Our objective is to handhold independent creative producers, small and medium audiovisual and media services companies to do business meetings at MIPCOM and enhance their business as well as boost India’s service potential in M&E sector,” says Sangeetha Godbole, Director General, SEPC. “The whole objective is to give Indian M&E companies better access to buyers and distributors and help them grow in the new global markets.”

Here are objectives of some of the Indian companies at MIPCOM (India Pavilion)

Aadarsh Pvt Ltd: Looking for Broadcasters, OTT Platforms for The Purple Turtle pre school series. Work for hire projects of 2D Animation, Interactive Books, Gaming, Book Designing, Bible Designing, Style Guides, Printing and Publishing.

Anibrain Digital Technologies: Its aim is to familiarise prospective clients and offer them the broad spectrum of work done in Anibrain coupled with its existing expertise. It aims to be a one stop shop for all VFX/Animation/3D/AR & VR requirements.

Animantz: To show case and sell its animated series BEO n PENO to international Market.

Ayanna Cinematics: Ayanaa is looking for Co-Production & Co-Development partners for few exciting projects and Global Distributors for its 2D Animation Film.

BFX CGI: Meeting new and existing partners for animation co-production opportunities (television & feature)

Bulldog Media & Entertainment: Looking to acquire rights to formats for the Indian market and to either independently or co- produce content for worldwide audience.

Digitoonz: It is looking Animation Projects for Work for Hire as well as Co Production.

E Plus Studio: It looks forward to meeting producers, professionals from production houses, animation studios, television companies, OTT Broadcaster who would want to outsource their projects or those who would want to develop their projects
partnering with a highly creative and experienced studio that handled quality projects.
E Plus would also be pitching some of our IPs to interested buyers and broadcaster.

Locomotive Global Inc: Seeking potential partners for co production of scripted television series in India. Also working with potential partners who are interested in erecting content services, streaming and TV platforms for India market.

Reliance Animation: The company is in Animation for over a decade and with whatever best experience and learning in this Industry has created some fantastic projects such as Little Krishna, Shaktimaan and now Little Singham. It is at MIPCOM to look to collaborate
with animation studios accross the globe whether for co-production or otherwise and to distribute its content in International market.

Rotomaker: It is anticipating to meet potential clients/partners who are involved in the production of Films, TV series, Commercials, Animations, AR/VR and Video game development to expand the company. Rotomaker is also interested to co-operate/co-partner with innovative startup companies and likewise wanting to invite universal delegates/embassies/business units to be a part of ‘Indiajoy’ occasion- ‘Biggest Digital Media and Entertainment Expo’ in India.
